The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine invites you to attend a public webinar June 25, 2025, from 1:00 to 2:00 PM ET discussing a new report on the potential environmental effects and socio-economic consequences that could unfold in the weeks-to-decades following nuclear wars.

The webinar will be livestreamed on the event webpage and is intended to provide the public with an opportunity to learn about the report's findings and recommendations and submit questions to members of the authoring committee. The full report will be available to download on June 25, 2025, at 11:00 AM ET.
